LiCryL Facilities Structure Print E-mail

In the frame of the running PON (National Operative Structure 2007-2013), we planned to improve considerably our existing facilities in order to better satisfy not only our internal needs , as we do now, but also an increased demand from the region for scientific and technological services. It is reasonable to expect we can improve and enlarge the clean room we have (200sqm in class 100) and the nanomicroscopic analysis laboratory containing already a SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope), a TEM (Transmission electron microscopy), a RX reflectometer, several AFM (Atomic Force Microscope), EEM and a SFA (Surface Force Apparatus, unique in Italy) to be implemented for the nanotribology.
